1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using 4nrentals.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site and our services

4nrentals.com is the marketing website of 4N Rentals (“4N Rentals,” “we,” “us”), a luxury and everyday vehicle rental business based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, serving the 30A and Destin areas. The Site allows you to browse the fleet (cars, boats, jet skis, eBikes, and more), review packages, and submit a reservation inquiry. It is informational only.

Reservation inquiries are not reservations. Submitting the contact form puts you in line for a response from us. Your rental is only confirmed when we acknowledge it by email or phone, agree on dates, vehicle, and price, and you sign the rental agreement we send at that time.

The rental agreement governs the rental. Driver age and license requirements, deposit, insurance, pickup, return, damage and late fees, fuel policy, mileage policy, restricted-use areas, and all other terms specific to the rental will be set out in the rental agreement you sign at the time of rental. Nothing on this Site overrides that agreement.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep vehicle photos, specifications, availability, and pricing accurate, but the fleet and the pricing can change. The Site may contain typographical errors or out-of-date information. We do not warrant that any specific vehicle will be available on a given date, that any specific price will be honored, or that any specific specification (color, trim, accessory) will be exact — those are confirmed at the time of rental.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the 4N Rentals name and logo, fleet photographs, copy, page layout, and source code — is owned by 4N Rentals or licensed to us. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or use any of the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Your obligations as a user

When you use the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.
• Provide accurate information when you submit the contact form.
• Not scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site beyond what a normal user with a normal browser would access, and not attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Not submit automated, repeated, or abusive contact form submissions (our bot detection will block these in any event).
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Not use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code, or to launch a denial-of-service or similar attack.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook, and may link to third-party services such as Google Maps or Turo. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services. Your use of those is at your own risk and is governed by their respective terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for the rental agreement you will sign at the time of rental.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4N Rentals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, including any reliance on information presented on the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4N Rentals and its owner, agents, and service providers from and against any claim, demand, damages, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Walton County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating that date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
